K. D. Kind

Kate has been telling stories since before she could write them. Growing up, she read and wrote stories with a singular passion. During her sensible years, Kate turned that passion for language and literature to teaching, and to that end, has been helping high school students to know and love English for years. 

But spending her days promising students that their dreams were within their reach had an effect on Kate, and so, she sat down to write the stories that had been growing and evolving in the back of her mind. It took an education degree, three children, and two years - but she did it.

And she'll keep doing it.
